MCQUEEN S/S13

it was smart to see silk cotton as a trend this spring/summer,because it's just lightweight and easy to wear.There's a definite relation from this season to mcqueen's resort '13,just by loooking at the prints(loved the gold metallic tile print thing,such a party outfit).Plus,the cicada print,which at first i thought was a dargonfly.I have to be honest,the first half of the collection really didn't appeal to me at all.Mostly,because of how the pants were,i felt that it took down the outfit.Versus,the second half,where the pants were tailored to fit the models,it really made the look stand out.Prior to previous seasons,this was definitely a "ready to wear" kinda ordeal for the mcqueen man.
